Through these free bilingual workshop we will introduce the basic steps in the purchase of a home. Our professional team from Wells Fargo understands the concerns of newcomers and will address these and other questions:

• How to avoid losing your home to foreclosure
• Down payments
• Closing costs
• Interest rates
• How to purchase a foreclosed home
• Subsidies that help purchase and keep a home
• Repairs
