This index is now available on the DFW International Community Alliance website at http://www.dfwinternational.org/languageschools/ . Links to each individual program’s webpage as well as contact information for each school’s director are included in the online directory. The site lists ten 10 schools where children can study Mandarin and Chinese culture, five for Japanese, four for Hindi, three for German and for Korean.
Nadya Tatsch, Co-Owner of Russian4Children-DFW and Co-Founder of the Eurasian Association of DFW, says, "Forty Four percent of our residents are New Americans, people who chose the United States for their homes but who at the same time want to maintain their own cultural and linguistic roots. This webpage resource will aid newcomers and current residents to quickly find the language and culture school that works for their global family.
“It’s important that our children know the history of their parent's heritage and culture. Only by learning about each other we can maintain the true language of understanding between parents and children and between the many immigrant communities that have made this nation" continues Nadya Tatsch.
